Our customers are store operations directors, regional managers and the small IT teams who support them. They need to know which register, card terminal or internet line has stopped working, in which store, before customers start walking out.
How we work
- Read-only by design
- The agent checks whether devices answer. It does not change device settings, push software or read sales and payment data.
- Opening hours come first
- An outage at 2 p.m. on a Saturday matters more than one at 2 a.m. Alerts, uptime numbers and reports are built around each store's trading hours.
- Prices you can see
- Plans are published per store, with device limits and support response times written down before you sign up.
- Your data leaves with you
- Device lists, check history and incident logs export as CSV or JSON at any time, and are deleted within 30 days of cancellation.
